- Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR — no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- No DUI or reckless driving in last 5 years
- No SAP drivers in last 5 years
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Eligible to work in the U.S.

What kind of home time do drivers get?+
Most regional drivers are home weekends. OTR drivers are home every 7–10 days, depending on the lane. We try to keep your home base in mind when assigning routes — it's not one-size-fits-all.
What does orientation look like?+
Two and a half days in Bradford, OH. You'll meet the dispatcher you'll work with, the safety team, and the shop. We pay for orientation and you're earning miles by noon of day three.
What kind of equipment will I drive?+
Late-model dry van power. Day cabs for regional lanes, sleepers for OTR. APUs on most sleepers. We maintain everything in our own seven-bay shop, so you spend less time waiting on a vendor.
Do you hire new CDL grads?+
We typically require 1 year of verifiable OTR experience. If you're close — recently out of school with strong references — call recruiting; we'd rather have a real conversation than a hard rule.
