Loaded/Empty Miles Paid.  With most drivers consistently averaging between 2500 and 3000 miles per week.

Home Most Weekends.  Depending on home area of residence. 

Paid Vacation.

• After 1 year of service = 1 week.
• After 3 years of service = 2 weeks.
• After 5 years of service = 3 weeks.

Holiday Pay.

Assigned Tractor.  Cascadia and Columbia Freightliners, Condo with 435/500 horsepower Detroit diesel 60 series engine, double bunk, and 10 speed and automatic transmissions.  Governed at 65 mph.

98% No Touch Freight.

$1000 sign on bonus.

$1500 referral bonus..

Stop-Off, Layover, Loading, Unloading, and Detention Pay.

Weekly Settlements.  1 week holdback.

Safety and Performance Bonus.  Up to $600, paid in $300 amounts twice per year.

Idling Bonus.  Up to $200, paid in $100 amounts twice per year.

Health and Life Insurance.  Available 1st day of the month after 60 days.

Disability Insurance and Dental Insurance.  Available 1st day of the month after 6 months.

401K Retirement Program.  Available for participation after one year of service automatically.  At that time, Dick Lavy Trucking will match 1/4th of employee contributions up to 1% of gross income.
